The article was interesting, it inspired me to have a new outlook on my school's syllabus. -Donovan Stanfield
ReplyDeleteIt shows even kids, teens, or just young people can do the same as adults. Just because your older and had expirence with life doesnt mean that peolple who haven't done what you've done or never even lived on there own and never had to make adult desicions doesnt mean they cant do the same as someone who knows how to make adult desicons wise.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the article, when it said that we need a new approach to high school. It would be interesting to see what our school would do with this program, since so many people have no motivation to succeed.
ReplyDeletethe article was an intresting piece, it sort of showed me ways i can make a diffrence in my school.
ReplyDeleteI think its great that the children had a chance todo thing there way. As shown in the artical kids seem to do better beacuse of "we" know what we want, and no how they want to learnd. Maybe teathers should pay more attention to what the students want and less on the criqulem. However Mrs. Benedetto does a great job with that! =)
ReplyDeleteThis article goes to show that not everyone in our generation has given up on academics. I strongly believe that our high school should take up the idea of this program because of the lack of determination and interest in our studies here. - Ursula
ReplyDeletethis was i nice way to bring about students ability in my opinion. i like the way they had the students show their abilities. if we had challagenges like this at Nottingham we would have many more studendts graduating every year i beleive this will give many teens the push they need to get their acts together. thats what i think. this artical is just what i need to tell me what is true
ReplyDeleteGreat comments thus far! My only concern is regarding the grammar and spelling. If you aren't sure about something, please look it up or ask before publishing. And several of your comments were detail oriented- thank you. For those who responded rather briefly, please work on developing your responses. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteI really like the article. It helps the kids learn better in the program.
ReplyDeleteThis article talked about how taking advantage of your education can be beneficial. I really liked it because the kids got to take over the school and show the teachers how hard they can really work. In my opinion I believe that this project would be good for the SCSD because some students would realize the importance of education and how it really pays off.
ReplyDeleteI think the article told true fax on High School Education because most people dont graduate high school. Thats not nothing to be happy about.
ReplyDeleteThis article talks about education and the benefits that a student can have .I belive that people should take the time to read this article.I realy like how it shows the students abilities for challenges. If our school had a program like that our precentage of students would graduate with good grades and more passion for their eduaction. The project may open more people minds up.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the article very much so , because students should be able to go to school and attend college like they should. With no distractions or anything to get in the way of that.
ReplyDeleteI really like the article. It gave me reasons on how i could make Nottingham better! :]
ReplyDeletei really like this article because it tells people about howeverywhere kids think that its okay to drop out of school and not graduate when its not . This article can help people in high school open up to new opertunities to learn . If everyone had the heart for education and thought about how what they are doing now will affct their life as an adult many more people would graduate .
